We source everything directly from authorized Japanese distributors. No secondary markets. No resellers. No grey imports. When a box arrives at our facility it goes straight from a verified distributor to our shelves to your door nothing in between that should not be there.

Every incoming shipment is inspected before it goes onto our shelves. We check packaging integrity, seal authenticity, and box weight consistency. If anything does not meet our standard it does not ship — full stop.
